Youth Committee Mission:
This committee
shall oversee the Christian instruction, service and fellowship relating to the
youth of this congregation and community. This committee shall be responsible
for, but not limited to;
·
The recruitment and support of adult leaders for
youth.
·
Providing youth opportunities to participate in
Christian ministry programs such as camps, retreats, etc.
·
Insuring there are sufficient opportunities for
service to the community.
·
Assisting and supporting the Youth Coordinator.
·
Fulfilling the roll of Youth Coordinator, should
the position become vacant.
·
Working with the Christian Education and Music
Director(s) concerning youth related curriculum and music opportunities relating
to worship participation.
