Property Committee Mission
In order to support the
ministry of Support, there shall be a Property Committee. Noting that care of
the physical properties belonging to this congregation is an important part of
good stewardship, this committee shall be responsible for, but not limited to:

Maintaining, protecting, and
improving all real and personal property of this congregation
·
Coordinate claims for property
insurance with the Finance Committee
·
Oversee acquisition and
maintenance of Church equipment and property
·
Developing short-term and
long-term plans for congregational property, both real and personal, including
the acquisition, usage, maintenance, and inventory thereof
