Finance Committee Mandate

In order to support the ministry of SUPPORT, there shall be a Finance Committee.  Mindful that congregation members offer money gifts to God through the Church, this congregation shall endeavor to shepherd those financial resources and exercise good stewardship of them.  This committee shall be responsible for, but not limited to: oversee and provide for offering counters and banking procedures; monitoring the congregation’s financial condition, long-term debt, and spending; monitoring and managing the Memorial Gifts to Gloria Dei; preparing the annual spending plan for recommendation to the Church Council.
