Music and Liturgy

A Guidebook to the Lutheran Liturgy -  A full text explanation of the Lutheran Liturgy, including Order of Service, Kyrie, Hymn of Praise, etc. Includes the history of each liturgy part and the symbolism contained in each. An excellent and concise beginning.

Mr. Pipe Organ's Website - A good resource on Lutheran doctrine, worship, music and general information. Linked to the week in the church year with accompanying readings and music. Has good websites to link. 

The Center for Liturgy at Saint Louis University - Select the liturgical week and the full related information will load for you. 

Liturgy Planner for Ministry - Creighton University site provides liturgy planning for the week and year. Background/descriptions given for liturgical practices.
